Return Policy for SimpleLuis

At SimpleLuis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most products purchased from simpleluiss.com, with the following conditions:
Return Window: You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods or items with expiration dates

2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@simpleluiss.com or call us at (770) 910-7124. Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return Authorization: We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include this number on the return package to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Prepare the Return Package: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if available), and include the return form and any accessories or manuals that came with the item. Make sure the item is in resalable condition.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely. SimpleLuis is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective, damaged during shipping, or there was an error in your order.
Free Return Shipping: We may offer free return shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or during checkout.
4. Refunds and Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund. Your refund will reflect on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or is returned in a condition that is not resalable, a partial refund may be issued. In this case, you will be notified in advance.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping at no additional cost.
To report a damaged or defective item:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective item, if applicable.
- We will arrange for a return label or offer further assistance.
7. Refunds for Gift Orders
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you can receive a store credit or exchange the item for another product of equal value. Refunds will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is similar to domestic returns, but the customer is responsible for both return shipping costs and any customs duties. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
